Intra - Du Hund du

'It's a hot day at Henndorf's municipal beach pool. A place where the whole village meets to satisfy their daily need for chips with sausages and to cool off in the lukewarm water of the moor lake and the pool.' B.L.

This work was created in the context of the research-related intra-project "Magic Hour - Concepts of Twilight" in the summer semester of 2021.

Twilight, in which things do not appear clearly, stands for all the effects
of vagueness and ambiguity in images. Images influence us in subtle ways. They evoke moods, direct the gaze, bring in allusions, and they can thus turn clarity into twilight. The effects of these intentional manoeuvres on their recipients flows into an aesthetic study.

Intra is a funding programme of the University of Applied Arts for inter- and transdisciplinary projects in art and research.
